RETURN POLICY

At RRT Performance we offer you the option of returning items that don’t meet your needs. Here is our return policy:

 

You can return most items sold by RRT Performance within 20 days from the ship date.

 

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 14 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc. and shrink wrap for book or video products). We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

 

Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of $9.95/item.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

It's easy to initiate a return.

To set up a return, simply complete the following steps:

  1. Email RRT Performance at drocco@rrtperformance.com; include your original invoice &/or order number; contact phone number, item being returned, reason for return, and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange of merchandise.
  2. If requesting an exchange please provide the part number and description of merchandise you would like in exchange.
  3. You will receive an email response within 24-48 hours including your Return Authorization (RA) number and any further return instructions.
  4. Once you receive your RA number, please list it on your return label and send it back to us.
  • For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus a restocking charge of $4.95 per item.

At rrtperformance.com, we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these return policies so that we can continue to bring you name-brand products at discount prices.

 

REFUNDS

You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. All refunds will be posted to the original credit card used to pay for products.

 

DAMAGES

All goods are carefully packaged and in new condition when shipped. If your products are damaged during transit, claims must be made with the carrier, not with RRT Performance.
